Trainee Recruitment Consultants
We are one of the largest and fastest growing recruitment companies in the North-West, and as a result we are looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Southport Branch.
You may already be working in a sales/customer service environment, and looking to enhance your career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will need to be hard working, ambitious, sales focused and driven to succeed.
A career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, dynamic and always changing. No two days are the same and you will get to meet many different people from different walks of life. You should be able to build strong relationships and be confident over the phone.
You will be responsible for;
- Promoting our service to new clients
- Managing Assignments
- Speaking to clients to understand their needs
- Assisting the Management Team
- Account Managing Clients
- Working with online recruitment systems
- Updating and maintaining a database of candidates
Requirements;
- Possibly Educated to degree level but not a requirement
- Preferably some sales experience or achievements in career to date
- Ambitious, Competitive, Motivated & Hungary to learn
