In 2000, the UK government demanded that at least 50% of health and social care workers in residential and nursing homes should posses level 2 NVQ.

Since 2005, it has become compulsory that all care workers hold this qualification

At 247 professional Health, ALL workers are provided with free NVQ Level 2 & 3 Training from the start of their employment. Would you like to be supported throughout your career?

This is brilliant and new addition to the business. When’s the next course?

    Where are the courses held?

All courses delivered by our own training division, are held within the local community area close to each branch.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 is to be achieved through vocational assesments and as a result will involve work place visits from the NVQ assessors.

We have funding for both level 2 & 3 Health & Social Care, and have gained additional funding for the delivery of NVQ Business Administration. This will improve the overall performance and professionalism of 247 Professional helath’s office staff.

In addition we have also achieved funding for the delivery of NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management for care services. Both Directors of 247 Professional Health are currently working towards this qualification, to improve the delivery of care set out by CSCI’s National Minimum standards.

Any additional information required please ask!

We are able to accept staff onto the NVQ level 2 & 3 immediately after registration. As a vocational curse staff must be working for the business.

Our next induction programme for NVQ’s is in January so interested parties must contact the business and register soon to avoid missing out.

Our next Induction course for Mandatory instruction ( health and safety, fire safety, infection control, basic life support, moving and handling, people handling, protection of vuneralbe adults, food higeine ) is to be held within the next 2 weeks. This is a free course to all our staff and there are still places available to new registrations if recieved soon.
